Dear friends and family,

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Edgar Nieves, who left us unexpectedly on Monday night. Edgar was not only the most amazing father, husband, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle, but he was also a truly remarkable man. He was loved, respected, and admired by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His love and kindness touched countless lives, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled.

Edgar was the best man in the world—his warmth, generosity, and strength were unmatched. He was the heart of our family, always there with a smile, a helping hand, and endless love for those he cared about. The impact he made on each of our lives is immeasurable, and we will miss him more than words can express.

Though we are heartbroken, we find comfort in knowing that Edgar now rests in peace with God. His spirit will continue to guide and watch over us as we remember the beautiful life he lived.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support. We are raising funds for Edgar’s celebration of life and to help with the many expenses involved in bringing his loved ones, including his children, together from out of state. We want to give Edgar the farewell he deserves and offer one another the support we need as we mourn and celebrate the man we will always cherish.
