Transplant for Malene

So My wife and our family have started another gofundme, and those of you that know me realize that I hate asking for anything. You all know that there are others in worse places/situations than me/mine and we are very thankful for that everyday... But my wife's condition has become more than we can deal with alone and are honestly in need of assistance. Malene Gonzalez(my wife), the most beautiful, wonderful, wisest and overall kindest human being I have ever encountered in this world, is in dire medical need. Back in 2019, it all started with her bout with “Guillain-Barre” and her waist down paralysis. A year later after unbelievable resilience, she began to walk. But due to her inability to take the COVID vaccine (contrary to many people's political opinions) put her and our family in a very difficult place, with 3 children in school and me(her husband) working in the Texas Prison System, Malene got COVID and a resurgence of the “Guillainn-Barre” Paralysis up to and into her internal organs as well as her lower extremities... Since then, she has struggled with multiple infection and illness up till September 2023 when she suffered “Acute-Liver Failure” and with a “MELD” score of 40+ she was given a 70+% “Mortality Rate” without a transplant with-in three months, during which time she sadly, did not qualify due to her diagnoses of “Guillain-Barre”, her body-mass index, and her being “Non-Ambulatory”... Since her terrifying prognoses, and multiple battles with various infections, “Hepatic-Encephalopathy” and other physical/mental health difficulties, she has persevered. She has never failed to be an ever present source of inspiration for me and our children and those that know her. Presently I am personally at a loss for words and do not know what to say or ask... but to anyone that can provide any assistance I will give my eternal thanks for whatever financial or spiritual assistance you can provide... A special note to those that have helped before in the last gofundme, we cannot thank you enough and would never ask for more, we pray for you and yours every day and would never ask for more, but to any that can assist in this time of difficulty you will have our eternal gratitude...
