Celebrating with you (in-person or from afar!) is what means the most to us! We do not have a traditional wedding registry and prefer no gifts. If you feel compelled to give, we request you please consider donating to charities whose mission mean a lot to us. You can do so by:

- Donating on this page, where we’ll split the money collected between the three charities we’ve selected.

- Bringing a check to the party, made out directly to one of the three 501(c)3 charities:
             1) Fields of Dreams DC
             2) CREATE Arts Center
             3) Senior Dog Sanctuary
 
We will be delivering checks to each of the organizations in September. More info on each charity can be found below.

1) Fields of Dreams DC

Mission:  to develop the athletic, academic, and life skills of youth in economically underserved areas of Washington, D.C. while promoting character, physical fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
The money will be used to:  fund academic supplies, baseball equipment, and art supplies.
 

2) CREATE Arts Center

Mission:  to spark creativity, foster learning, empower individuals, and facilitate community connections through the visual arts.
The money will be used to:  help fund their smARTkids™ program: a free after-school program that helps level the playing field for children from low-income households by eliminating cost as a barrier to participation in quality arts programming. The program helps elementary school students to build critical thinking skills, resilience, language and literacy skills, peer-to-peer skills, and confidence.
 

3) Senior Dog Sanctuary

Mission:  Provide a permanent safe haven for senior dogs who are unable to be cared for by their owners, who are abandoned or abused, or face euthanasia.
The money will be used to:  fund food and supplies, veterinary and care costs, and growth at the sanctuary.
