Help Dynamo Amps start supplying dealers (a B.O.B)

My name is Ervin Williams and I’m the owner and designer of Dynamo Amplification. For over 10 years now I've been building high quality custom Guitar amplifiers crafted by hand in the USA using the finest materials and components available to create amplifiers that will elevate the tone of guitars to new levels. I recently found out I may be the first and only Black owned amplifier company in the USA according to the Editor-Chief of Guitar World Magazine and other sources. I’m looking to raise funding to build a new line of Bass Guitar Amplifiers and start a dealer network supplying a line of Guitar and Bass amplifiers to 15 dealers strategically chosen around the country and support them with a marketing campaign.  Its going to cost roughly $8,000 before shipping per store to build an assortment of key amplifiers and speaker cabinets to supply each dealer on an initial consignment based trial period. The remaining fund will be applied to R/D on new models, advertising, and 2022 Trade show expenses.  Please help me kickstart my brand into retail stores and start growing to become a strong contender in the Music industry.   Visit my web site www.dynamoamplification.com and please continue reading down this page.

I started Dynamo Amplification in 2009 and registered as LLC in 2011. I kicked off the start of Dynamo by selling my favorite Guitar amp for $2,200 and using the proceeds to buy components to build the first 3 Dynamo prototypes. Over the next 2 years I would R&D these three amps until I released the GTS 200w amp and it was published in January 2011 issue of Premier Guitar Magazine under the New Product section. I then took out a 401k loan to help promote it and obtain two demo review videos in Guitar World Magazine. My amps were then seen for the first time in person at the 2011 international guitar show followed by the NY amp show, and then 2011 Summer Namm show in Nashville all within a period of 2 months. Over the next 10 years 9 various models have been released ranging from 20watt up to 200watts and have been featured in most of the largest Guitar Magazines.

Dynamo Amps have been sold mostly direct online built to order and due to the changes in the industry it is longer feasible to sell online and does not allow the business to grow.  People now rarely buy new Music equipment online solely relying on you-tube videos and reviews unless they have some prior experience with a similar or older models to use as a reference. There has been too many incidents where equipment is packed poorly, arrive damaged, or don’t meet the expectation of the buyer from what was seen in review videos. When the big brand companies bring a new product to market, the consumers are able to drive within 50 miles of most major cities to a local dealer that has them so they can look, hear, and feel the product. They may then order online to save money or taxes but they still had an experience with the product in person. Its been proven time a time again when people hear Dynamo amps in person, is captures them as if they've never heard anything so beautiful to their ears and they will sit and play until being forced off by the next customer in line.  This kind of experience  cant be replicated online  where everything sound almost the same and people make decision based on Band names or cosmetics. We also have people who hear Dynamo amps, buy them for their collection and we never hear from them again as they lock them up in studios and don't spread the word. We were in the process of sourcing to get working capital needed to transition into starting a dealer network when it was discovered that I am  a lone crusader in a 6 Billion dollar industry here in the U.S. It’s hard to believe that out of the huge amount of Black Musicians, Artist, songwriters, producers, and executives dating back to the 1960’s who have contributed so much to the music industry, there are slim to no Black Americans building the equipment that makes it work.

Your gift will be contributing to bringing the first black owned amp company to the retail market to hopefully grown into the next desired amp brand in the industry. To show our gratification we are working on a new limited edition T-Shirt for donators  who contribute donations over $100.  Any one who contributes over $1,000 will eligible to purchase a Dynamo amp at cost and have it signed by me, Ervin Williams. Thank You!!
