My name is Anix Washington. Our dad, and Navy veteran, Dwayne Bartlett unexpectedly passed away on January 24, 2024. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend to many.

As we grieve this sudden loss, the financial toll is beyond what we can bear.
