Imagine inheriting poverty before you inherit a dream. For 171 years, children in Bangladesh’s tea estates have grown up outside the story of progress, no teachers, no resources, no pathway forward. They are ethnic minority communities who have been forgotten by every system meant to serve them.

 We are changing that.

Dreams & Ink is not just an education initiative. It is an ecosystem, where children don’t just learn, they grow. Where families don’t just survive, they rise. Where communities don’t just exist, they transform.

And we are starting with something real.

Our first step: digitalizing Kurma Tea Eastate Primary and Secondary Schools, bringing laptops, projectors, skilled teachers and internet connectivity to classrooms that have never had them. So these children can finally connect to the world beyond the estate. So they can learn skills, discover possibilities, and begin to dream on their own terms.
