Riley & Tyler’s Medical Care & Recovery

Hi everyone, this go fund me is being started by the family of Riley and Tyler Drake. They were in an absolutely horrific car accident on Friday Feb 11 on there way home from school. Both Tyler and Riley were wearing their seatbelts during the accident. They were both flown to the hospital by helicopter & suffered traumatic injuries. The helicopter was able to make it to the trama hospital in 8 min, along with wearing there seatbelts this saved these kids lives!

Riley has already gone through brain surgery for multiple head injuries and blood clot removal. She  needed treatment on a broken femur, pelvis, clavicle, broken jaw, and other injuries. Tyler had a brain bleed, fractured shoulder and a broken jaw.

We can not imagine the pain that they are in and we know that the medical treatment from their transportation from the wreck,  icu stays, and outpatient rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation needed will be very costly even with health insurance. Money raised will go towards these expenses.

 They were both healthy, active, and involved kids. Riley does cheerleading and Tyler played football and lacrosse. We hope that they are both able to continue doing this after recovering. Worrying about how these kids are doing should be the only thing that their parents need to worry about right now and any donation would help financially.
