Everyone,

Our medical colleague and former resident needs your help. Over the past year, she has been faced with multiple serious diagnoses that have led to surgery, multiple hospital admissions, multiple lumbar punctures, and surgery again in the future. She has had to step away from a career that she loves and was good at because of her severe disability. This has left her with multiple medical bills, student loans, car loans, and personal expenses that she cannot pay for on her own. 

She has been managing her condition through a special medical team that performs her punctures, provides her with PT, and supplies her with a strict diet to manage flare ups. She is in danger of losing her main means of transportation to reach this team. We are asking for any contribution you can make so that she may get her car payments up to date and be able to keep her vehicle.

Doreen has many, many more financial needs than just her car loan. We are asking for help with her car first as it is urgent, but would more than welcome any other contributions you can make to help her with groceries for her special diet and with her medical bills as she is about to lose her valued health insurance.
