My Dear Family and Friends

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of our son Donte Martez Jones. He passed away from Covid 19 on August 21, 2021 at 10am. Donte Martez Jones was 35 years old, he was a good Dad, Son, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend. He was also a wonderful Chef, and as you can see an amazing Singer. Unfortunately, death is the inevitable. It was amazing to read all your loving posts on social media. Donte has brightened and enriched the lives of so many people, with his infectious laugh, smile, and sense of humor. Donte is and was powerful and rare Heaven truly gained an angel.

As you can imagine our family was not at all prepared for this. The loss of an amazing soul, every bit of help would mean the world. Thank You so very much for being a part of his life, and for even considering donating. Thank you for taking the time to read about our beautiful son. The expected date of his Celebration of Life will be September 11th 2021 at 11am. A formal funeral announcement will be released soon.
