Donations for Dementia
In honour and support of my yiayia who has suferred with dementia for over 13 years I'm raising money in aid of Dementia Australia and every donation will help. Although she is with us today she is being looked after in an aged care facility and unable to celebrate our special day.
In lieu of gifts I would be honoured for your donations to help make a difference for a future without Dementia.
