Ricky Pratt’s Expense Fund

Update: Ricky followed up with his primary care Dr. and new scans showed two entry wounds on the inside of his right thigh. Multiple small fragments showed up, along with two that were more significant in size, and closer to the outside of his thigh. The possibility of surgery to go in and remove the fragments is likely, if they continue to cause a lot of pain and present more problems. They’re estimating 3 to 6 months of recovery time as of now. 1/26/24

We have set up this fundraiser for our son, Ricky and his family.

Ricky works as a firefighter for Whitfield County in Dalton, GA. When he is not on shift he is a CDL driver and delivers equipment to surrounding areas and sometimes longer distances.

On Wednesday January 17th, he was shot in the leg while driving through Atlanta, by an enraged individual. We thank God it went in his thigh hitting no major arteries, and we thank God it didn’t hit any other major organs. It could’ve been such a tragedy, but God!
