Greetings friends and family! Hoping that this message finds you well. 

I'M GOING TO NYU GRAD ACTING!!! --and I need your help. :)
 
So this past January I decided to apply for grad school. I drove to San Francisco where most of the acting programs were holding their auditions and I did a walk-in audition for Yale and New York University. Those were pretty much the two programs I was interested in the most.
 
I then got invited to New York for NYU’s callback, which was my first time in New York by myself and I was accepted into their 2022 class consisting of 16. I’m excited and honored to be moving into this next phase of my life and my career as an artist. I strongly believe in training and many of my favorite actors that work consistently with large bodies of work have all sought higher training in their fields. Especially for acting and directing. The respect for honing the craft prompted my main decision to accept NYU’s offer into their graduate program to sharpen my skills!
 
Grad school is expensive! Grad school in New York is stupid expensive! And so I’m reaching out to my family and friends for help in supporting me with moving my life from Los Angeles to New York City this fall. This contribution will help me in gas and travel, food, housing deposits, and purchases needed to get me started in a whole new city and in school! I have set a goal of $5,000. And whatever you can give to help me out, will be greatly appreciated and definitely used toward this transition. I’m very thankful for this opportunity and I wanna seize it with all that I have.

I am especially grateful for those who have supported me on my journey thus far, and I would like to specifically shout out my mentors, Matt Orduna and James Liao for coaching me on my pieces and preparing me for the auditions, and Desean Terry for guidance throughout the process.
