My brother Lyle is in need of an open heart surgery, the sooner the better! He is a great husband, brother, father, grandfather, son, and all-around cheerful, strong presence!! He always tries to be a pillar of strength to those he loves. He does have insurance, but of course, the out-of-pocket upfront is high.
