Help me repair my vision

Hello, for years I have had vision problems. It wasn't until late 2012 that I learned what the  diagnosis was, I have corneal dystrophy, an ocular condition that appears in a person's 20's and gradually diminishes vision and creates light halos from all visible light. It can be treated but insurance does not cover it because the procedure is "elective" The opportunities that will open with corrected vision will help me majorly in my life allowing me the ability to gain a driver's license, which will open up more opportunities for me.
