I still do not have a job. My situation has not changed.

However, a young lawyer, Joe Janochoski sent me a lovely “Cease and Desist Letter”.

I am perplexed. What I have outlined on this page before was the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me god. Heck, I had documentation to support it.

I do not know how Joe vets his clients. I am curious what is his firm's position on ethics. Do they have a position, or is it just unbridled capitalism, you got cash we take cash and point our legal guns at whoever you want, no questions asked? I do not know the answer.

As I read Joe’s letter, he appears to be an intelligent kid with a bright future. Joe recently got married to another brilliant lawyer. I wonder who he and his wife want to be when they grow up? Folks who help the wrong people if they got cash to pay the bills? Let us help them. They wanted to get married at St Michael's Catholic Church in Stillwater, MN. But COVID happened. We should contact their pastor and ask him to do a sermon on ethics in business. It is easy to lose your ways as young professional chasing the dollar. The pastor is Father Michael Izen. I know I am in a difficult situation, but do not be angry at Joe. Good thing, bad thing who knows? Perhaps his lax vetting of clients will help thousands of kids when my story gets national press.
