Hi, my name is Joshua. I recently turned 18yrs old and have entered my final year of high school. My dream has always been to play professional sports. Freshman year, I discovered a love for Volleyball and had a very successful past few years playing both club and for my school. 

This year, I have secured another spot on a National team! The overall cost of everything has been more than expected but my parents still work to figure out how to make it so I don’t have to pass up such a great opportunity. As the oldest of 8 children, I always worry about the cost being a burden so I want to do what I can to help cover as much as I can.

Both my parents work hard, my dad being active duty military & my mom a nonprofit administrator. I am a hardworking student and even though these accelerated courses have been a challenge, I was still able to maintain just under a 3.8 GPA so far. I have hopes to gain a scholarship to go to college for mathematics & actuarial science.

The $6,500 ask is only a portion of the total costs my parents pay for one club season. Any donation you are willing to give will go directly towards the cost of advancing my dreams (flights/hotels/club coaching and tournament fees).
