Hello Friends,Family and Community. 

The Doggett family consists of 4 children plus Mom (Kriztena) and Dad (Tim.) Exactly one month from today, *April 21,2021 * Kriztena was admitted into Medical City of Dallas after having multiple Small Bowel Obstructions. Kriztena has Crohn’s disease which is the underlying auto immune disease. She has suffered from since the diagnosed age of 12 years old. She has been through peeks and valleys of remission and active disease. Active disease currently unfortunately got ahold of her and has not let loose. It is now a month later and Kriztena is STILL in Medical City of Dallas fighting after a total of three bowel obstructions, 2 NG tubes, complete removal of her small bowel, beginning stages of liver failure and now at 27 years of age has an ileostomy bag.

Doctors have no idea or theory as to when she will get to come home and be with us (her family again) because Kriztena solely relys on TPN feedings for nutrition since she can not eat( hurts her to eat.) We, as her family, have been juggling caring for the children- such as food, clothing, back and forth to school and all activities to keep their mind off their mother as well as managing to set up after care services such as At home Nursing, prescription  cost, Nursing Cost, the cost of her TPN feeds and special formulas she now depends on. All awhile trying to maintain the household bills and making sure the house itself stays afloat. I (her husband) took the first 3 weeks off of work to be by her side and assist in every way I could to her needs, then back and forth the numerous trips from Dallas to Longview. It takes a toll financially. Unfortunately, due to not having work benefits, I did not receive pay for the three weeks I was off caring for my wife as well as she (Kriztena) has been out of work for 5/6 weeks with no pay as well. So needless to say our home was and is bringing in Zero income currently for OVER a solid month. This is where we need your help. Family, friends, church family, co-workers. All who know of our family (the Doggett family) know that we would be the first to extend a helping hand and at this moment whether you are able to contribute financially or even just prayerfully it would help tremendously. All funds contributed will help assist our family with medical bills, travel expenses, prescription expenses, At home care nursing, meals for the family, home bills that have occurred while off work, grocery’s. Gas to and from Dallas. I (Tim; ie Husband) returned to work approximately a week ago. However, without two incomes and now the additional major medical expenses ahead of us we are fighting to keep our head above water. Any and all contributions are SINCERELY appreciated. We don’t know at the moment how much longer my wife will be fighting in the hospital but we do know, she is a warrior and with our Family values and Holding Gods hand alongside we can prevail.
