We are two American doctors born and raised in Ukraine and successful business owners. While we have been living the American dream, our families in Ukraine were living peacefully, building their own dream at home. This was until February 24, 2022 when their peace has been shattered forever.
Within a month of the Russian aggression millions of Ukrainian women, children and elderly become refugees. Thousands have been killed and wounded while civilian infrastructure of many Ukrainian cities and town laid in ruins.
With this unimaginable tragedy unfolding in front of our eyes, we cannot sit idle. Ukrainians suffer while defending what we, Americans, cherish the most: democratic rights, freedom, independence.
This fundraising campaign will deposit collected funds with the Cleveland Maidan Association that is providing humanitarian aid to hospitals, front line medical services and Ukrainian families of fallen and wounded veterans in Ukraine.
We will help the association direct the collected funds to Ukrainians in Ukraine who need them most. By making a donation, no amount is too small to elevate suffering.
