My name is Wayne and I am a transplant from Chicago to Arizona about 15 years ago. I have a little chihuahua named Pedro. He is my rock. I love that little guy. 

I have been working for Harley Davidson selling motorcycles for the past couple of years, since I am a motorcycle rider of 43 years I found it to be kinda cool and fun.

Around 10 years ago 

I was diagnosed with spine damage and started physical therapy, epidural shots and pain meds. My left leg went numb and I have not felt it since. I got sick of taking medicine and decided to try an alternative medicine. 

I  started meditating with my focus on God and love during my meditation. 

I woke up one day and the pain was gone. I also noticed I had healed my hearing (loud ringing in my ears), my ulcers, and other pains I had. 

At the end of November 2025 my back pain came back with a vengeance. After visiting the ER and my personal Dr.

I did get an MRI and they told me I have slipped discs, pinched nerves, a degenerative spine, narrowing spine, and arthritis from the top to the bottom of my spine on every vertebrae.

The pain is so intense that I lost my mental abilities and and bodily functions. I am unable to stand and cook so I lost over 30 pounds in December. I had to start sitting down to urinate because the pain of standing was too intense. Then I was unable to hold my urine so I have been urinating on myself and it is so scary not being able to control my bodily functions. I could not even figure out how to use my phone and pay my bills but I worked for godaddy for 2 years so I know how to work my phone.

The pain is so intense that I was screaming in the middle of the night from my couch for somebody to help me but no one came. I tried hospitals and doctors, but could not seem to get any help with the pain. The pain is overpower everything.

With the help and support of family and friends we found a hospital/rehab facility that is able to help me with finding a doctor for my back and helping me set up appointments with specialists. While in the hospital, I collapsed while walking with a walker to the microwave in the kitchen. I was rushed to a bigger hospital and they ran some tests and did not find anything other than the pain.

 Now I am restricted to a wheelchair because I am a fall risk. 

Right around January 15th the nurses came in my room in the middle of the night to check my vitals and realized my oxygen levels in my blood where at around 60%. I was immediately rushed to the bigger hospital and diagnosed with double pneumonia. 

After a week of intense breathing treatment and vibrating my lungs, the pneumonia is better and I am no longer urinating on myself. 

I returned back to the smaller hospital and going to be here for a while so they can help me. I have been discharged and I am home. Getting used to not being in a wheelchair and being woken up all the time. I have an epidural shot set up on the 24th.

Rent and housing costs so Pedro and I can remain safely indoors and have to not face homelessness. Also Medical related expenses including health insurance. Dr. follow ups, and future treatment that my health urgently depends on. Also Food, utilities, transportation and essential daily living needs and temporary stability so I can focus on recovery instead of living in constant fear.
