Division 4 Leadership School

“Strengthening the lives of Americas Youth”. That is our why. To help kids see and reach their potential. One way we do that is through the Leadership Schools.

The 4th Division Junior Leadership School, prepares the Young Marines for the next step in their Young Marine Career. We are not a ROTC program, we are a program to help mature kids and teach them to make great decisions, stay off of drugs, so that they have options in life when they get out of High School. Many Young Marines teach Drug Demand Reduction to their local schools, and faith based groups. We do this by way of instilling Self-Discipline, Teamwork and Leadership. some of the classes these Junior Leaders are exposed to are; 11 Principles of Leadership, Citizenship, Components of Physical Fitness, Personal Character, Essential Subjects, Positive Self Image, Public Speaking, Qualities of a Leader, Evaluating Leadership and Teaching Drug Demand Reduction. We are a 501 (3) (C) Not for Profit. The monies raised will offset the cost of Food, Lodging, Printing of Materials, and Awards. This is an awesome program, and if you are going to give this year, think of us.

The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through completion of high school. The Young Marines promotes the mental, moral, and physical development of its members. The program focuses on character building, leadership, and promotes a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The Young Marines is the focal point for the U.S. Marine Corps' Youth Drug Demand Reduction efforts.  The Young Marines is open to all youth ages 8 through completion of high school. The only membership requirement is that the youth must be in good standing at school. Young Marines units are community-based programs lead by dedicated adult volunteers. Many of these volunteers are former, retired, active duty, or reserve Marines who believe passionately that the values they learned as Marines had a positive affect on them.
