Welcome to my student short film fundraiser and thank you for checking my campaign!
Dinner to Die For, is my 6 minute senior short film structured as a comedy sketch.
A young couple needs to convince Death they can change their dietary habits by cooking it a decent dinner or face the consequences.
My name is Sebastian Torron. I am a Dominican film editor studying for a B.F.A. in Film and Television. I wrote Dinner To Die For as a way to improve my storytelling skills as I get ready to get into the competitive filmmaking workforce and apply to bigger projects.
It is meant to be entertaining, but also, call attention to our dietary habits and hopefully better our selection of day-to-day meals.
Your donations will go towards:
- On-set catering for crew $280
- Costume Designing $220
- Production Design $320
- Expendables $100
- Film Festival applications $80
Total: $1000
Deadline: Oct 1st, 2019
Every donor will receive a Thank You credit in the film. Donors of 25$ or more will be featured as Executive Sponsors in the film credits.
After the short film is finished, it will be send to multiple film festivals and it will be distributed online so that you can share it with your friends and family.
Estimated delivery time: Late November 2019
