Diaz Fund After Dad's Sudden Death

Not twenty-four hours ago, the Diaz's family changed forever. On the afternoon of May 7, 2016, Jose was home with his two children and fell asleep on the couch. Amber Lynn noticed something wrong and ultimately called 9-1-1. Within hours, John-Michael and Amber Lynn's father had passed away from a massive heart attack. Frankie, Jose's wife, was returning home from her part-time job at Target.
Jose was an amazing father and music teacher in Dallas ISD. He loved teaching the children and sharing his passion for music. His voice was truly a gift from heaven. If you know the Diaz family, you know they love the Lord and are very active in the student ministry and student choir of Prestonwood Baptist Church. John-Michael, who will be 18 soon, and younger sister, Amber Lynn, spend much time in the student choir, AWANA program, and involved in Prestonwood's Christmas production "The Gift of Christmas." Jose's wife, Frankie, has dedicated her life to her children as a stay at home mother and has also undertaken the responsibility of homeschooling John-Michael and Amber Lynn.
This loss is an enormous tragedy and will bring many drastic changes in the Diaz family. The goal of this GoFundMe account is to help fund funeral expenses, on-going monthly expenses, and to enable to Diaz family to take care of future financial needs, including college education and housing.
