Dianna @ Jack's NYD - Medical Fund
Donation protected
Many of our customers are aware that one of the Jack's New Yorker Deli’ family is battling a serious medical issue that is preventing her from working to pay for her mounting medical debt and basic living expenses. Dianna has been an employee of Jack's NYD for 3 years and a friend for over 10. Over the past 9 months, she has developed a history of seizures (possibly mini-strokes), which now occur every 1 to 2 days. The seizures last somewhere between a few minutes to more than an hour. Over the last 2 months she has been taken to the Emergency Room by Ambulance at least once a week, and the medical bills are piling up. The hospitals have run test, but they say there is no medication or treatment that can stop these types of seizures, which makes it very difficult to work... or live a normal life!
Dianna is blessed with a strong will and an even stronger work ethic. She doesn't ask for assistance, and instead of ignoring these medical bills (like so many people do), she would rather work to pay off the bills a little at a time. As you can imagine, her condition prevents her from working normal hours, and she really needs additional medical attention that she can't afford.
I'm asking for your prayers and small donation to help Dianna get the medical treatment she needs. Dianna doesn't have any family in the area and lives alone, so just paying her basic living expenses is a challenge right now. Your donations will be used to see a medical specialist (neurologist) to correctly diagnose the issue and provide treatment solutions can enable her to resume a normal life.
