Desten Knox road to recovery

Desten Knox is a current freshman at Hampton University, who has been in a horrible car accident.

Desten Knox has suffered injuries such as broken pelvic, broken ribs, concussion, a collapsed lung and more. Desten has undergone multiple surgery’s and will be on a long road to recovery. This unexpected incident has put extra pressure on Desten during an already stressful time. The accident has been devastating for Desten, his family, and the community at Hampton University. As an incoming freshman, Desten had big dreams of excelling academically and becoming part of the community. However, this tragedy has put a pause on his dreams and has changed his life forever. It is important that we come together as a community and offer our support to Desten and his family during this difficult time. Every little bit helps and any donation will be greatly appreciated.
