Desperate Plea for my brother's Survival

I am here in a desperate plea for your financial support to save my my little Brother life. My Brother Nishanth is 15 years old. He was the victim of a Hit and Run accident on 18th January,2020 by a reckless car driver and suffered life threatening injuries to his spine, legs and Lungs.
He is currently in Intensive Care Unit, this current condition is following based on the Doctor's report.
1.A burst fracture of the Thoracic Spine - D3 crushed in spinal cord causing the vertebra (D2) above crash on the vertebra(D4) below causing loss of support and damage to the spinal nerve causing loss of sensation and movements in Bilateral Lower Limbs and disorientation of the spine.
2.Chest cavity injury causing severe pain and blood clots in the Lungs.
3.Right Femur fracture - Femur bone broke into two pieces.
To correct all the above injuries he has to undergo a sensitive and a complicated spine reconstructive surgery (high mortality rate due to the complexity of his situation) and a leg surgery as soon as possible. We were also informed that after the above surgeries he needs to undergo aggressive rehabilitation and Counseling ,Physiotherapy, healthy diet for a couple of years to be able to get back the sensation in his lower limbs and be able to walk again.
He is only 15 years old and is excruciatingly painful to see him suffer this way. This terrible incident which will impact him and our family for the rest of his life in ways one can’t imagine.
I am working as an IT consultant in state of New Jersey, My Brother who is India has limited Insurance and we are no longer able to afford the amount to cover his medical bills. Surgeries alone are estimated to cost a minimum of $12,000USD to $15,000USD and the medications, rehabilitation and therapy thereafter to cost and few thousand dollars more (around $5000USD to $7000USD). We anticipate that we will need around $30000 in the next few days to be able to save my brother.
Me and my family have pooled in all of our finances and I have reached out to all my sources and I'm at a point where I have no other option but to plea to you all for any amount financial support that will help us to save my brother's life. Any support will be much appreciated. Your contribution is not just money, it is a blessing to our family for his survival and recovery.
