This is not something I do easily. Generally I'm self sufficient, and frankly embarrassed to take this route.

It is necessary that I go back to work, at least part time. Since my lungs are only 50% effective, plus some joint issues, I need to outfit my car with a chair lift (already own the power chair). Including purchase and installation, I need to raise between $1500-2000. I have created a Go Fund Me account. I commit to those who are willing/able to help, a repayment plan, once I'm in a position to do so.
