I am Mario, and on behalf of my family, I am deeply saddened to confront the tragic loss of my beloved sister, Yesi. She came to this country seeking a better life for her and her two sons. Unfortunately, this past Tuesday, March 5, I received a call from a stranger bearing the sorrowful news of her murder. Currently in our home country, Colombia, I am facing economic challenges that prevent me from coming to the US to bring Yesi back to her final resting place. Despite utilizing all available resources, they fall short. I hoped to share her story, connecting with people, especially those who have family far from home. Praying for a miracle to grant my little sister peace in heaven, I'm reaching out for support. Any assistance, whether prayers or a small donation, would be greatly appreciated to help us bid farewell to Yesi.
