Please forgive me for not using my name or face photo, but this is not easy for me. I’m not one to ask for help or a handout; but sadly, this is my last resort. The photo I have included, is my latest dental X-ray. I’m living in pain, with constant infections and difficulty eating and speaking. I’m not sure if this will even help or not; but I’m asking, because I need help. Yes,I am currently 43 and I do work full time, in security at an emergency room. Yes, I do have insurance, but what I need done isn’t covered. I have been trying every thing I can think of. What I need done is considered “cosmetic” or “elective”, and not eligible; although I need it done for health reasons and not cosmetic. I had a motorcycle wreck back in 2017, that damaged my teeth and knocked 2 out on impact. Over the course of years, my teeth have slowly fallen apart. After the wreck, I was focused on my physical health, reconstructive surgery on my shoulder, and physical therapy. I lost work and ended up in bankruptcy just a few months after the wreck. I also lost my insurance after 6 months of not being able to work, which put everything on hold. I found out in the worst possible way, that full coverage insurance on motorcycles in Florida, doesn’t cover the rider; so private insurance was required for everything. I was not found at any fault in the wreck, and I was ejected from my bike. The person who caused the wreck was never identified and I was stuck with the responsibility for my own care. Fast forward to now, and I have had multiple surgeries on my shoulder, heart related surgery for AFIB and an arrhythmia , and an invasive sinus surgery. I have been doing everything I can to regain my health over the past several years; while still maintaining full time employment. Now I’m just stuck trying to figure out how to fix my teeth. I have to pay for the dental work, out of pocket, and don’t qualify for any kind of loan.(I have been trying) Saving money is not easy, as I am already living on a very tight budget. This is the last piece of my adventure to regain my health and my life. Unfortunately , what I require is a full mouth dental replacement. Every tooth is damaged, broken, or falling apart from the inside out. Now, not only have I lost more than half my teeth, but I’m starting to show bone loss and reduced bone density in my jaw. As well as jaw joint and gum issues. Due to allergies/reactions to medications, current and past medical history, and other medical concerns; I require surgical extraction and sedation. Due to a nervous system condition, I am not a candidate for traditional dentures. And coupled with needing the sedation and surgical extraction; multiple oral surgeons have recommended that full mouth implants (all on 4)are my best option. I have been trying everything I can to figure out how to get the work done, and all that happens is yet another year passes. The cheapest quote I’ve received so far, has been just under $55,000; so I’m asking for help to reach $60,000, to cover the needed dental work and incidental expenses and lost work related to it.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND, I am needing this work done, for my HEALTH. I have been warned many times that a dental infection can cause other serious health issues; and I am dealing with multiple infections a year. This is not something I want, rather something I need. And yes, I do brush/care for my teeth. No, I don’t smoke or drink. No, I’m not a junk food junky. I’m just a man who would like to be healthy. And no, I don’t ride anymore.
