Debilitating Pain

I have been struggling with bad teeth for a large portion of my life now. In 2020 my oral health has been on a rapid decline. At this point it is a constant struggle just to keep the pain in a manageable range. All of my chewing teeth have failed and now that I have to use my front teeth to chew they are starting to fail as well. It would take me years to save for a single tooth replacement and would probably have 2 fail for every one I fixed on that timeline.
I am in dire need of 3 (at last check) root canals and 4 crowns/implants (some might be to far gone to place a crown) and possibly more as it seemingly gets worse by the day.
I am the provider for my family, in which I have 2 special needs children. My daughter, Addyson, is 13 and was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome . My son, Keegan, who is 12 with severe Autism. My life has always been about being strong for my family, and standing by my wife through her cancer surgeries and a life changing scare from a rare infection called epiglottitis , which required my wife to have emergency tracheotomy surgery. Needless to say my own issues have always been less than a priority until now. If I cannot manage this issue I fear I will not be able to be everything my family needs when they need me most.
