Hope for Debbie and Chloe

September 18, 2015 began as an ordinary Friday for Debbie Ensminger- Hartman. She kissed her mom, Joan Ensminger, goodbye as she left to drive her 6 year old daughter Chloe to Blessed Trinity grade school. It’s a routine that so many parents go through, kissing your child goodbye and saying I love you, expecting to see them in a short while.
What Joan didn’t know was the next time she’d see her daughter again it would be at New Frankford Hospital.
On September 18th an ordinary Friday morning Debbie and Chloe were in a tragic car accident at Harbison Ave. and the Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia on the way to Chloe’s school.
The accident was so severe that Debbie needed to be rushed to the nearest spinal surgeon. Her life was and is on the line. After the 1st of many surgeries to come Debbie is still fighting for her life. She had a major spinal cord injury that means paralysis from the chest down. She is currently on a ventilator and struggling.
Debbie is fighting for her life, for the opportunity to see her daughter grow up, she is fighting with every ounce she has currently. Their family needs your help!
Debbie and Chloe need your help!
Please help us raise money for Debbie and Chloe! Debbie is a single mom, the sole supporter and care taker of Chloe. An amazing woman, an amazing mom, and daughter. She is loved by many. Please help their family as they fight through this enormous tragedy.
“There is a serious need for charity that gives hope to those who are discouraged and aid to those who are afflicted. True charity is love in action.” (Thomas S. Monson)
Please pray for Debbie, her daughter Chloe, and their family
