Greetings FRIENDS and FAMILY! I was trying to figure out a way to HELP my DADDY (David R. Reyna III).
I have created this GOFUNDME account so that I can help secure needed funds for a Medical Surgery - scheduled for August 28th and August 30th of 2017. Daddy's medical insurance does not cover his procedures in full and a lump sum will be needed at the time of his surgery.
Daddy is diagnosed with Progressive Degeneration of the Bone Disease and is scheduled for Cervical and Lumbar Spine Surgery.
Surgery Description: #1-ACDF level (4) fusion
#2-Mini TLIF@L5-S1 level (1) fusion
