Hi everyone,

This is Ryan... I’ve had the privilege of playing music with Dave for many years, and more importantly, I’ve had the honor of calling him one of my closest friends.

If you know Dave, you know how much heart he brings to everything he does — his music, his friendships, and the community that has grown around this band over the years. Dave has spent decades showing up for people, making them laugh, lifting spirits, and pouring himself into the music that has connected all of us.

Right now Dave is facing something incredibly difficult. He’s currently undergoing treatment for cancer. As you can imagine, the day-to-day living costs that come with focusing on treatment have started to pile up.

We wanted to find a way to show up for him the way he has always shown up for us and for so many others. We started this fundraiser to help Dave cover basic living costs while he focuses on what matters most right now — his health and recovery.
