To:  Family, friends, co-workers, and all others who were touched by David Jason Jacobo.

This past Sunday, March 6, 2016 my brother-in-law, David Jason Jacobo, age 36, passed away unexpectedly from a ruptured brain aneurysm.

We believe that his last moments were in the arms of his parents, sister, and myself as we waited for paramedics to arrive. We did everything we could and hoped this was a bad dream; however, God had a different plan for David Jason.

He is survived by 4 children, ages 10, 8, 6, & 3.

As we grieve the loss of such a loved man, we have been asked to set up an outlet for support to assist his children in this transition of life without their Father. Also, to assist with any medical costs and services arrangements. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
