Making Data Driven Education Easy

The classroom of 2014 looks very different than that of 2000.  Students and teachers have ipads instead of notebooks and chalkboards.  Education is becoming increasingly data driven and teachers being asked to keep data records of their students performance. These records serve both to inform decision on the direction of the student’s education, and to show the parents their child’s educational goals are being met as per the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) which is a legally binding document. We are seeking to develop an application for the IOS and Android platforms (Phone and tablet) that will make the data collection and reporting process as easy as possible for teachers so they can better use their time to educate the student rather than annotate.
