HMAS Darwin's 12,000km in 12 days Team Marathon - for Mental Health
In support of the Black Dog Institute, Darwin will run, walk, ride and row their way to 12,000kms in 12 days. Sound like a lot?! It is! Commencing at the beginning of Patrol 4, the Team Marathon will raise awareness and hopefully a significant donation to a great cause.
Nearly all of us can say we have either experienced ourselves, or know someone who has experienced, a mental disorder. The Black Dog Institute is a not-for-profit organisation and world leader in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder.
