Way Too Young for Alzheimer's

My name is Treaver Lundy. My wife Darlene is the love of my life. We have been together since 1986 and married in 1988. Around our 19th anniversary, at age 46, she began to show signs of Alzheimer's.
Today she is 54 and can no longer take care of herself. Most Alzheimer's facilities will not take someone as young as Dar. Despite that, I've found a facility that works with us and I've made a small one room space into our 'home' here in Winston-Salem.
I am working full time on a flex schedule at a great hospital here in town. Despite putting all of our income and life savings into her care...I can not make ends meet. Darlene's care exceeds my monthly income by about $4,000 each month.
At the rate our expenses are going, I don't know how I will be able to support her over the coming year. My friends love us and put this together to help provide care for Darlene.
