I had a catastrophic stroke and I need help
Donation protected
Hi,
I may have shown up in your town with a flyer telling you about unclaimed money. This is me and it is real. If you could toss me a little something it would be greatly appreciated.
January 14th 2022 I survived a catastrophic stroke. I had to learn to talk, walk and think again. I spent 43 days in the ICU, the last week because I kept thinking I was fine and getting out of bed and going straight to the floor.
They discharged me from the hospital and sent me to a "recovery" center about an hour north of Seattle. I got there at 3 in the afternoon and checked myself out at 7 the next morning. I had to sign an AMA (Against Medical Advice) form and beg them (without being able to speak) to give me a wheelchair.
After an uncomfortable UBER home I spent the next 2 hours using my left side to drag myself up the stairs to my bedroom :) while my roommate's cat looked at me with grand sympathy.
I would spend the few months in that room and learn really appreciate not only the friend who came over a couple times a week, but the Washington state FMLA system which runs for 12 weeks and I was able to stretch out to about 25 weeks.
I have partially recovered but I will never be the same. For those that worked with me I lost my ability to work in all languages including the ones I had unlocked Jedi level.
But... My child support kept ticking and they have suspended my passport. Honestly, I feel like a cat that knows the time is near and I just want to crawl away.
So, I need money to buy my freedom. The state of Washington has trapped me here and after 20 years of having a hold on me and working me to near death they won't even allow me to sail off into the sunset after I blew my head gasket. You can help right this wrong by donating to buy me out of bondage.
So, what is the plan?
I'm moving to Costa Rica. The money will all be used according to the outline below:
Why Costa Rica?
- They abolished their standing army in 1948 and used the money on infrastructure and eduction.
- Fully 1/3 of the land is national parks.
- The overall cost of living right is much lower. Cars, gas and electronics typically cost 50% more, but the trade off is that food, housing and medical care are 50% cheaper.
- Natural beauty. The photos below speak for themselves.
- Pura Vida (Pure Life). The notion that a little simplicity can go a long way.
What do you plan to do there?
I've identified 4 hobbies that I will be spending my time on:
- Photography: I've got 26 years experience as a product photographer, I think it is time I try going outside.
- Writing: For all the stroke has taken, I think I'm writing better than I used to and I'd like to dedicate time to let it flow.
- Treasure Hunting: I've been searching databases for lost property for 25 years and I've found over $750,000 to date. I'd like to have more time on my hands to find friends and strangers money.
- Scam Busting: I'm fascinated by this trend of people just wasting time with scammers by dangling some money in front of them for hours. I'll have some time to waste and I can't think of a better way to waste it.
That is my story. I appreciate anything you can spare and I promise you I will be a force for good in the world to the best of my ability.
