At the ripe old age of 24 I’ve decided to hang up to the drinking shoes for one whole year.  If I had a dollar for every time I said I wasn’t drinking again the morning after a big night, I’d have approximately $50000.  So I’ve decided to put my hungover days to good use! My goal is to raise $50000 for Might & Mane, an amazing charity who are raising awareness about Men’s mental health.

Most men get their hair cut a few times a year. Some go as often as every couple of weeks.

That’s the thinking behind Might & Mane whose aim is to train barbers in safe conversation, how to recognise the signs of mental illness and encourage men to access services that can help.

Over the next year I’ll be doing a number of fundraising activities and so I’d be over the moon if you can send a little of your hard earned this way and we’ll reach the target in no time!
