Help David Hazleton Fight Leukemia!

Hi,
My name is David Hazleton. I am 28 years old and was born and raised in Colorado. I have spent most of my life chasing my dream of becoming a paid professional motorcycle rider. Although I have made very little money actually riding my bike, I have had a lot of influence on others around me due to my fearless nature and my drive to get out there and ride! I have had a lot of people look up to me over the years and I'm NOT Done Yet! I still have HUGE DREAMS and I fully intend on reaching those dreams. One of my dreams is to build and run my own Offroad Motocross training facility, complete with an Enduro track, Outdoor MX and SX tracks, Indoor SX track, Indoor/Outdoor Freestyle area with foam pit, and individual cabins for my guests as well as on-site mechanics and trainers. The vision is to be able to give the kids that grew up like me, financially broke, the chance to come in and learn how to ride in a professional setting, free of charge. I mean don't get me wrong, my father Dwight and my step mother Johna gave me everything I needed while I was growing up. I'm so thankful for being introduced into motocross at a young age, which I owe entirely to my Father and an old neighbor of mine named Tom. It, more or less, kept me out of trouble throughout my teenage years and beyond. I want to provide young kids that share my vision the opportunity to have that in their lives as well.   Another one of my dreams is to marry and travel the world with my smart and beautiful fiancee, Tayvia Bourret. We want to travel the world helping communities in anyway we can, documenting our journey the entire way, and write books about our experiences and explorations. I want to have a family of my own one day and to raise my kids with the good lord's word, just as I was raised. I want to be able to take my father (Dwight) and his wife Stacie, my step mother Johna, my bothers (Robert and Tyler), and my sister (Sierra) and her family, my nephew Steven, my Mom (Cheri) and her husband John, as well as Tayvia's family (my sister in-law Tyanna, and brother in-law Josh, my Father and Mother in-law Darwyn and Michelle), on trips around the world and help to enrich their lives and expand their educations about things that interest them. I love my entire family! I want to be able to give them the world for everything that they have done for/ with me.
Okay so, Tayvia and I moved out to Grand Junction, CO last year. Actually one year ago exactly from the time of this writing.. We came out here looking for a cleaner, healthier life. One with less traffic, one closer to the outdoor activities that we love to take part in, one where we could spend much more time with one another and a lot less time with all the wonderful people on the Denver highway system. ;) We have really enjoyed living out here in the valley. It's everything we thought it would be. We've met some incredible people and have even become part of an AMAZING Leadership Community that is developing us into the people that we're going to need to be live out all of those dreams that I mentioned earlier. God has called me to be a leader in MANY people's lives, all I have to do is get over this hurdle.
   What I'm raising money for...
About a month and a half ago, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. It is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. It progresses rapidly and creates immature white blood cells in the blood stream. Because it is in the blood, it can quickly spread to organs like the liver, spleen, and lymph nodes. I have been brusing VERY easily (Which those of you who know me, know that I NEVER bruise), very sore (in the joints, hands, feet, back and neck), highly fatigued (very low energy levels), and blood clotting has also been very poor (so I am doing my best not get injured).
As if this isn't bad enough, 3 weeks ago the company that I was working for was bought out and through new ownership and company changes, I was laid off from my job. So now I am unemployed and uninsured. Since then, I've sold my Yamaha YZ450F dirt bike, something that I told myself that I would NEVER EVER do, but when you're in a fight for your life, you have to do what you have to do. Anyone who knows me, knows that riding motorcycles is my joy, I have made a lot of sacrifices in my life so that I can stay on a bike. Now here I am having to sacrifice to one thing that I love to do, for me Life. My heart is truly broken. :',(
Out of all of the injuries that I have lived through over the years, this is absolutely one of the scariest and most humbling experiences of them all. I have been facing fears like... Will I live to see the age of 30? Will I be able to give my loving partner Tayvia the support and the beautiful family that she deserves? Will I be around to continue to have a positive influence in my nephew's life? Those are just a few things that have gone through my head since my diagnosis. There are way to many to list them all.
How the money will be used...
I am taking an all natural approach to fighting this thing but as you can imagine, any avenue to fight cancer is extremely expensive. I will be using the money to pay for treatment options, an all natural and organic diet (groceries for Tayvia and I), lab tests, and to help keep up with bills until I am strong enough to get back to work. There are honeslty a lot of different areas of our lives that have begun to feel the squeeze of this diagnosis that I will be using the money raised to help cushion.
Why this fund raiser means so much to me??
It's plain to see that I am in a fight for my life and would REALLY LOVE to continue to live out the dreams that I have for myself and my family. I am trying my best to come up with the means necessary to survive and take care of my family right now and it would absolutely fill my heart with joy to have some help in this fight. My life means a lot to me, as well as the people around me, My spirits are up, my smile is still on my face, and I'm not going to back down! I WILL WIN THIS FIGHT!
I am extremely blessed to have all of the wonderful people around me that love and support me, and to be able to raise this money would be so well received with appreciation from not only myself, but from all of my friends and family too. With your help, I can beat this thing, I will be able to see the ages of 40, 50, shoot maybe even 80 years old! ;) Please, help me in this fight against Leukemia! It really would mean so much to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for your donation, it means more than I could ever explain. God Bless
