Dear Family, Friends, and Sponsors:

In Aug of 2017, ten players from the 12U Deep Creek Baseball Assoc. located in Chesapeake, VA and two players from the Potter’s Pirates Tour located in Crofton, MD will be taking a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Cooperstown, New York to play in a nationwide baseball tournament at the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Experiencing a week in the “home of baseball” with your teammates and coaches is every ballplayers dream come true. This team of talented twelve-year old boys is very dedicated and has a lot of heart and drive. They will learn about the heritage of baseball and meet players from all over the U.S. We are very proud of their achievements and hard work!

In order to achieve their dream, we are currently seeking monetary support as we prepare for this great experience! The team relies on family fundraising to cover expenses and our coaching staff is 100% volunteer. Our team must raise a total of  $12,950.00 to cover necessary expenses costing each player $1295.00 for registration dues, bunkhouse lodging, travel,uniforms, etc…for the week.

UPDATE: 3/29/17
Our team has already raised $3500 with support from the DCBA league, local restaurants, families and volunteers.

We are hoping to reach this goal of $9450.00 with your help!
