DBVYG for India

India has been ravaged by its second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and people are in dire need of medical supplies. The country is already suffering the world's highest daily caseloads and death rate due to COVID-19, their medical infrastructure is collapsing, and the peak of this wave is yet to come. Hospitals are beyond capacity, out of oxygen, and are shutting their doors to the barrage of sick and dying citizens. Funeral pyres engulf open lands as thousands of Indians struggle to even find the wood to cremate their loved ones each day.  As students of the Downingtown Balvihar Youth Group (DBVYG), our country's suffering weighs on our hearts and minds as we pray for our friends and relatives. Each of us is affected by this devastating situation and we are answering this call to action by raising money to purchase supplies to be sent where they are most needed. Support our Youth Group.  Support India.  All proceeds will go to Sewa International's efforts on the ground to meet India's needs as they evolve. This crisis is unprecedented.  It will take us all to overcome it.
