Cycling for St Michaels House

Hi there,

Thanks for checking out our gofundme.

My name is Shaun and my friend Liam and I are heading to Portugal and cycling from Porto to Lisbon to raise money to help fund the purchase and installation of a wheelchair accessible swing for St Michaels House Grosvenor School.

We are heading out on the 10th of September. We would both be novice cyclists and have never attempted a journey as long as long as this (c. 350km) but we are looking forward to the challenge and hope to earn donations to assist with the purchase of the wheelchair accessible swing for the students at St Michaels House Grosvenor school.

St Michael’s House Grosvenor School is based on Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18 and is a school for children with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties, including such children with autism. The school aims at promoting the optimum social, educational and personal development of its pupils. The amazing work is carried out by their dedicated and committed SNA team and teaching staff.
