What you see here, is a tragic mishap of botched accident repairs.

I barely had Penny back for 48 hours.

Since my birthday in August, I have been dealing with insurance, repair shops, and have been mostly without any transportation. I was hit by an uninsured driver on the San Diego freeway. This was following being stranded in Escondido for 5 days, learning to "receive" from some very gracious friends supporting me in a crucial safety repair to my car.

Here's the IRONY...

Directly after this gracious gift, I was on the road home, and BAM!!!

REAR ENDED.

I was able to get home with a brief stopover in PHX with another friend.

Luckily I'm smart enough to NOT settle for only the legal requirement of liability on my vehicle.

I got my car back Monday the 6th, after almost 3 weeks, and decided to go to Sedona. CELEBRATE! (:

Going up the Bumble Bee Pass, my car lost power. When I pulled off, I checked the oil and it was dry. A friend serendipitously happened to be an exit away and came to my aid.

Immediately, the white smoke proved it was not a good idea to drive.

Never have I had a tow truck arrive in 20 min. BLESSINGS!

It has been confirmed by my friend's mechanic to be a blown turbo. $4600 min without replacing extra fuel lines and other small things that were damaged. This is most likely related to the previous accident, and repairs not done thoroughly or correctly, BUT... we all know how insurance goes. ): I cant rely on them to do the right thing and go after the garage that did the work.

In the meantime, I am stranded in Prescott. I may be here for at least a week. Thank goodness for friends. No idea how or when I will be back to Bisbee.

I exhausted all of my available funds with the deductible and other costs from the first repairs.

I have not really worked an actual "JOB" for the last year.

I've been tending to my spiritual and physical health, as well as tending to my land. Resources have been minimal from a handful of coaching clients. It's been a wonderful year, but the financial fruits have been minimal.

I am a HUGE fan of reciprocity and EQUAL energy exchange.
