Hi!
My name is Courtney Sprague. I am a mathematics major concentrating in statistics and minoring in economics at Kennesaw State University. It has always been a big dream of mine to add a summer spent studying abroad to my college experience. I played basketball for Valdosta State University my first 2 years of college, and immediately after my beautiful niece was born. Completely mesmerized that I was officially an auntie, I spent as much time with her as I could. So it has been difficult finding the time to take advantage of my summers. I plan on graduating in December of this year, so this is my last chance to take this opportunity of a lifetime!
I have been accepted to John Cabot University in Italy. It is an American University in the heart of Rome. You can only imagine my happiness when I received my acceptance letter! The class I will be taking is called International Trade and Finance, and will contribute to my economics minor. On my weekends, I plan on traveling to Paris, Florence, Venice, Naples, and as many other cities as I can reach during my visit. I also plan on creating a blog, so you all will be able to follow my journey with me!
My total tuition, not including my flight, covers my class, housing, and food totals to about $4500. I know this is a bit much, so any amount is appreciated and would be such a blessing. Thank you for your generosity and time!
Best,
Courtney Sprague
