Hats Off For Veterans (HOFV) Is Helping To Save Lives Virtually Through PTSD Support And Suicide Awareness.

HOFV provides free, virtual mental health support for veterans and their loved ones through its Courage to Connect programs. Using the Zoom platform, these two monthly groups offer a lifeline of understanding, compassion, and connection:

  • Courage to Connect: Help for Veterans Navigating PTSD – A free worldwide support group for veterans living with PTSD. Held the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM CST, this group creates a safe space where veterans can share experiences and receive encouragement so they never have to suffer in silence. This is a peer-to-peer support group.

  • Courage to Connect: PTSD By Proxy – A free worldwide group for family members, friends, and loved ones affected by PTSD or grieving the loss of someone to suicide. Held the third Wednesday of every month at 10:00 AM CST, this program helps participants find strength, healing, and community.

Both groups are confidential, require no registration, and are accessible to anyone with an internet connection and the Zoom application.

Your donation will directly support these life-saving programs by funding materials, community outreach, training, and other essential expenses that make Courage to Connect possible. Every contribution helps ensure that veterans and their families always have a place to turn for support, understanding, and hope.

Break the Stigma by supporting Veterans’ PTSD and Mental Health programs. Thank you. ❤️
