A member of the Superior Wall Systems family Eddie Costa has been recently diagnosed with Mutiple Sclerosis, it is a long-lasting disease that can affect your brain, spinal cord, and the optic nerves in your eyes. It can cause problems with vision, balance, muscle control, and other basic body functions. Eddie and his Family have chosen to proceed with a very aggressive form of treatment where every 28 days he will receive one hour of IV treatment to fight the disease, and one hour of monitoring to evaluate how his body reacts to this aggressive treatment. Eddie has also been diagnosed with a high level of the JC virus. The JC virus often attacks when a person's immune system is at its weakest. A weakened immune system can no longer fight off invading viruses, and can begin attacking the brain.
Eddie will begin the treatment this month and will continue every 28 days for one year. After that he will be re-evaluated to see what the next step will be.
The insurance does not cover all of the cost for this treatment, all donations will go to Eddie, his wife Jen and their two children Tayler and Dean to help with all medical cost.
On behalf of the Superior Wall Systems family I would like to thank you all for your support.
