Help Carl with Coppers Medical Bill

A few days ago on Thursday afternoon my brother in law's Beagle, Copper, was outside around the time the local school bus comes down the road. With an electric fence installed, he was pretty good about staying in the yard. Unfortunately, he ran into the road that day when a school bus was coming down the road and the back half of him got ran over. The school bus driver was less than apologetic and was going a little too fast down a short, dead end street. Needless to say, poor Copper was rushed to the nearest vet clinic. With both sides of his pelvis broke/fractured, his tail seperated from the rest of his body & with both back legs broke.. Copper is still hanging on and with some testing we found out that he still has feeling in his back legs. Copper is in need of surgery to repair his broken pelvis and legs that is scheduled for Monday morning. There is still a chance that Copper can come home if he gets this surgery but he has a long recovery ahead of him if he survives.. The medical bills have already topped $5,000+ and that's not even including the surgery that he needs. My brother in law is a Middle School Science teacher and would never ask for help himself.
