Unbreakable: Supporting our special Innerarity Cookie (aka Catherine) & Every Woman or Man in the Fight

Cancer Doesn’t ASK Permission.

It shows up uninvited, breaking routines, stealing peace, and changing lives overnight.

But Catherine (aka Cookie) Gustin is not just surviving — she is rising.

And she shouldn’t have to rise alone.

This is your chance to be the difference — to show up for a woman who’s fighting with everything she’s got. A woman in our community. A friend. A soul sister. An inspiration, a neighbor, a light. A woman with many worries, but not one as big as her heart.

Most recently when putting in her initial port the complications began to spiral causing a lung puncture causing her lung to collapse. Life flight was called and she was immediately taken to ER.

This has caused havoc on Cookie physically, emotionally and mentally. With all things considered, she fought through to be able to get back to work. Mrs. Cookie is not only an inspiration, but a true rarity of Innerarity.

She wants this to be about the soul of our community coming together to show No One Fights Alone!!

Your donation helps Catherine (Cookie) directly as she battles her cancer at ACH Sacred Heart — it also helps every woman who sits beside her in treatment, quietly wishing someone cared enough to make it just a little easier.

We’re providing:

• Nutritional snacks to ease the side effects of chemo for nurses and volunteers at the chemo clinic

• Drinks to stay hydrated during long, draining days

• Wigs and headscarves to bring back dignity and confidence

• A message of hope that says, “You are not forgotten. We see you.”
