My name is Issam, and I’m starting this fundraiser to help my friend Ashour Saadi, a motion design artist from Gaza.
During the most recent war, Ashour’s life was turned upside down. After losing his home and being displaced to a tent, he tried his best to keep working with what he had left. However, due to the unstable power conditions and constant outages in the camp, his workstation’s/Laptop motherboard finally burned out, leaving him completely without his essential tool for work. Today, living in a tent without a computer, he can’t take on projects or rebuild the stability his family needs.
We may not be able to bring the home back… but hope can return when the ability to work returns.
Ashour isn’t asking for anything extra or luxurious. He simply needs a work-ready computer with the right specs for motion design so he can:
• get back to taking and delivering projects
• earn an income to support his family with dignity
• rebuild step by step despite everything he’s been through
Why the cost is so high
Because of the blockade and the impact of the war, electronics in Gaza are extremely expensive and hard to find. Even a normal computer can cost several times more than usual in some cases, up to 3× the normal price. That’s why our target looks high compared to what the same device might cost elsewhere.
Goal: €5,300
This covers the cost of the computer (around €5,000 in the current conditions) plus a small buffer for payment processing fees.
I’ll keep this campaign fully transparent and will post updates, including:
1. the quote/specs before purchase (photo or screenshot)
2. the invoice or order confirmation after purchase
3. an update once the computer arrives and is set up (photo/short video)

Un ordinateur pour redonner de l’espoir à Achour à Gaza
Je m’appelle Issam et je lance cette cagnotte pour aider mon ami Achour Saadi, motion designer à Gaza.
Lors de la dernière guerre, la maison d’Achour a été détruite et il a également perdu son ordinateur, l’outil indispensable à son travail. En quelques jours, il a tout perdu : son espace de travail, son matériel, et la possibilité de livrer les projets de ses clients. Aujourd’hui, il vit dans une tente. Sans ordinateur, il ne peut plus travailler, ni retrouver la stabilité minimale dont sa famille a besoin.
On ne peut pas toujours reconstruire une maison… mais l’espoir peut revenir quand la capacité de travailler revient.
Achour ne demande ni luxe ni confort. Il a simplement besoin d’un ordinateur adapté au motion design pour pouvoir :
• reprendre des missions et livrer des projets
• générer un revenu et soutenir sa famille dignement
• reconstruire sa vie, étape par étape, malgré tout ce qu’il traverse
Pourquoi le prix est élevé
À Gaza, à cause du blocus et de l’impact direct de la guerre, le matériel informatique est devenu rare et extrêmement cher. Même un ordinateur “standard” peut coûter jusqu’à trois fois plus que son prix habituel. C’est la raison pour laquelle le montant demandé peut sembler élevé comparé à ce qu’il coûterait ailleurs.
Objectif : 5 300 €
Ce montant couvre l’achat de l’ordinateur (environ 5 000 € dans les conditions actuelles) ainsi qu’une petite marge pour les frais de paiement en ligne.
Transparence totale
Je m’engage à publier des mises à jour claires tout au long de la cagnotte, notamment :
1. le devis / les caractéristiques avant l’achat (photo ou capture d’écran)
2. la facture ou la confirmation de commande après l’achat
3. une preuve à la réception et lors de la mise en service (photo / courte vidéo)

حاسوب يعيد الأمل لعاشور في غزة
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،
أنا عصام، وأكتب لكم اليوم لأجل صديقي عاشور سعدي، موشن ديزاينر من غزة.
خلال الحرب الأخيرة، دُمّر منزل عاشور وفقد حاسوبه الذي كان يقوم عليه عمله ومصدر استقراره. في لحظات خسر المكان والأداة والقدرة على الاستمرار. واليوم يعيش في خيمة… ومع ذلك يحاول أن يقف من جديد، لكن الحقيقة واضحة: من دون حاسوب لا يستطيع أن يعمل، ولا أن يعود ليحمل مسؤولية أسرته كما كان.
قد لا نملك أن نعيد البيت… لكننا نستطيع أن نعيد الأمل.
والأمل يبدأ حين نعيد للإنسان قدرته على الكسب والعمل.
عاشور لا يطلب رفاهية ولا كماليات. كل ما يطلبه هو حاسوب بمواصفات مناسبة للموشن ديزاين ليتمكن من:
• العودة لاستلام المشاريع وإنجازها
• تأمين دخل يعين أسرته على العيش بكرامة
• البدء من جديد خطوة خطوة، رغم قسوة الظروف
لماذا المبلغ مرتفع؟
بسبب الحصار وآثار الحرب، أصبحت أجهزة الكمبيوتر في غزة نادرة وباهظة جداً. حتى الحاسوب “العادي” قد يصل سعره إلى ثلاثة أضعاف سعره خارج غزة. لذلك قد يبدو الرقم كبيراً، لكنه في الواقع ثمن “أداة عمل” في ظروف غير طبيعية.
