WOW!!! What a triumph this BIG COMMUNAL HEART was on the BIG DAY: at the MAYDAY PARADE AND FESTIVAL, in South Minneapolis. So many people commented on how moving, meaningful and beautiful the section was! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! to everyone who gave to make this project possible!

We will continue to raise funds, to help pay the bills, so PLEASE share this fundraiser with anyone who you might think would be interested in helping Big Animal Studios to continue this work with community. We are planning on keeping the heart circulating throughout the Summer (at least), parading and displaying it at Summer festivals and events, as we are able. But, in the meantime, we want to continue to mentor young artists, and provide opportunities for engaging people in creative, joyful art making with and for the public.
